Mod details: I decided to make this mod after realizing that Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion suffered from significant gameplay and "realism" problems that, in my view, detracted from the potential enjoyment of such a beautiful and massive RPG. ![]() This mod changes the monsters' and quests' level based scaling to set difficulty, making the game more challenging and realistic.
